PRIMENA

Predmet ovog  ugovora je elektronska prodaja Robe naše Kompanije.

INFORMACIJE ZA KLIJENTE

Glavna funkcija naših Proizvoda  online prodaja i distribucija preko interneta,  je u skladu sa regulativom  Trgovinskog Zakona, član  L 111-1 (www.BrazilianBikiniShop.com).

Cene svih prizvoda su date i mogu se naći u svakom linku. Izdvojeno od ukupne cene narudžbe, (iznos cene proizvoda na narudžbi) I ukupna cena narudžbe (iznos koji sadrži cenu proizvoda i cenu isporuke). Sve ostale troškove možete naći  pod odeljkom  “Korisnici” na našem sajtu.   

Saglasno sa zahtevima Člana 5, ovaj ugovor ćete pronaći na Engleskom jeziku. Može  se odštampati prema instrukcijama na našem web sajtu.

PRAVILA I USLOVI

Uslovi nabavke naših Proizvoda I cene su predmet dostupnosti na našem web sajtu. Naše ponude su validne sve dok su dostupne na web sajtu. Sve informacije su saglasne sa French Civil Code, Član 1369-4.

Premišljanje

U skaldu sa članom L121-20 Trgovinskog Zakonom, i rezolucijom od  23. Avgusta  200. godine, nakon prijema proizvoda, Korisnik ima sedam dana da je testira. Tokom ovih sedam dana Korisnik može da vrati proizvod radi zamene ili refundacije, bez  kaznenih mera, na niže navedenu adresu. Ali svi troškovi isporuke padaju na teret Korisnika. U sličaju zamene za novi Proizvod, on će biti  isporučen Korisniku u roku od sedam dana, nakon povraćaja originala.

U skladu sa članom 1316-1  French Civil Code-a, Korisnik bi trebalo strogo da sledi zahteve ovog ugovora, što se tiče otvaranja naloga, popunjavanja formulara, naručivanja Proizvoda, prenošenja ličnih podataka, brojeva kreditnih kartica i ostalih informacija.

CENE I RAČUNI

U naše cene su uračunati svi porezi.

Prema članu L121-18 i članu L121-19 Trgovinskog Zakona, svaki Korisnik mora dobiti račun. 

USLOVI PLAĆANJA

Sve isplate bi trebalo da se vrše preko PayPal-a ili preko Visa, MasterCard kartice ili drugih načina plaćanja kao što su čekovi, bankarske transakcije ili preko poštanske narudžbe.  

Detalji bankovnog računa

Svi detalji bankovnog računa Korisnika bi trebalo da prolaze kroz PayPal-ov  bezbednosni server. Strogo je zabranjeno prikazivati ove informacije na  BrazilianBikiniShop.com-u.

Jedino informacije o narudžbinama bi trebalo da se prikazuju pri automatskoj obradi podatka.

ISPORUKA

Korisnik  može pratiti status narudžbine sa svog ličnog bezbednog profila na BrazilianBikiniShop.com-u.

Kada Korisnik naručuje Proizvod potrebno je da navede adresu isporuke.

Ako se Korisnik u trenutku isporuke ne nalazi na datoj adresi, biće mu ostavljeno obaveštenje u poštanskom sandučetu. Od dana prijema obaveštenja Korisnik ima deset dana da podigne svoj paket iz pošte. U slučaju iporuke brzom  poštom Korisnik će takođe  dobiti obaveštenje o isporuci. Nakon prijema ovakvog obaveštenja Korisnik bi  trebalo da kontaktira isporučioca I dogovori datum isporuke. Korisnik ima pravo da pošalje Narudžbu Proizvoda bilo gde na svetu.

Sve informacije o isporuci će biti polate preko elektronske pošte.

BrazilianBikiniShop.com vrši isporuku širom sveta. Vreme isporuke je uvek dato približno.U slučaju prekoračenja vremena isporuke, ovo ne predstavlja opravdanje za  povraćaj novca. Ali ako u roku od 30 dana posle preliminarne isporuke Proizvod još uvek ne stigne (osim u slučaju više sile)), svaka strana ovog ugovora ima pravo da otkaže narudžbu, I Korisniku će biti refundiran sav iznos koji je platio za Proizvod, bez bilo kojih drugih povraćaja.

BrazilianBikiniShop.com ima pravo na prekid isporuke kada su okolnosti klasificirani kao viša sila kao na primer:  oružani napad, masovne pobune, požar,poplave,udari, nesreće, nemogućnost isporuke…..

U svim slučajevima, pravoremena isporuka našeg proizvoda zavisi od izvršavanja obaveza Korisnika prema ovom ogovoru. Isporuka Proizvoda se može poslati u bilo koje vreme preko sledećih sistema  Deutsche Post, ili Chronopost za brzu isporuku.

Pri prijemu Proizvoda, Korisnik bi trebalo da proveri isporučenu robu i da podnese izjavu ili odbije da primi Proizvod ako je on oštećen ili je paket otvoren, ili ima jasne znake oštećenja.  Sve tvrdnje treba poslati isporučiocu preporučenim pismom u roku od tri radna  dana posle isporuke Proizvoda. Kopiju izjave bi trebala da se pošalje  na BrazilianBikiniShop.com. Prema članu L 133-3 francuskog Trgovinskog Zakona, zanemarivanje ovih odgovornosti tokom navedenog vremenskog perioda,  poništava svaku odgovornost  isporučioca, i pod takvim  uslovima BrazilianBikiniShop.com nemože da bude garant.

Ako isporučen Proizvod  ne odgovara kvalitetu navedenom u specifikaciji, Korisnik ima pravo da pošalje svoju izjavu, zahtev u roku od petnaest dana od dana isporuke.

U slučaju kašnjenja , ili ako je Proizvod oštećen ili ima nedostataka posle isporuke, Korisnik može da kontaktira naš  Korisnički Servis. U slučaju neispravne robe, ako je Proizvod kupljen elektronskim putem, ne može se reklamirati u našim radnjama.

 

Isporuka Proizvoda se vrši preko:

  • Deutsche Post - preporučeno za isporuku u bilo koji deo zemlje izuzev Francuske i Italije.
  • La Poste - Letter Max , za isporuku unutar Francuske i njenih teritorija.
  • Chronopost - International Express, za isporuku unutar Francuske I širom sveta.
  • SDA - Express za Italiju.

Korisnik će primiti elektronsku poruku o otpremi Proizvoda i broj za praćenje Proizvoda. Ovaj broj za praćenje se može koristiti na sledećim web sajtovima: www.laposte.fr/csuivi, www.deutschepost.de, www.sda.it i www.chronopost.fr.u slučaju bilo kakve žalbe, Korisnik treba da obavesti BrazilianBikiniShop.com o broju praćenja Proizvod u preporučenom pismu.

Prijem obaveštenja o isporuci stiže u roku od  2do 5 radnih dana.

Nakon prijema obaveštenja , Korisnik ima deset dana da zahteva njegovu narudžbu kod pošte navedene na izjavi o isporuci. Ako se ovaj period prekorači, Proizvod će biti  vraćen  BrazilianBikiniShop.com-u. Korisnički Servis će u tom slučaju kontaktirati Korisnika, radi razmatranja drugih načina isporuke Proizvoda ili Korisnik ima pravo  da odbije isporuku.

Međutim, ako u vremenu od  5 dana nakon  što je Proizvod poslat, a Korisnik nije primio nikakvo obaveštenje o isporuci Proizvoda, trebalo bi da ode do najbliže ispostave isporučioca. Ako navedeni isporučilac nema nikakve informacije o sistemu praćenja isporuke (www.coliposte.net www.chronopost.fr), Korisnik bi trebalo da kontaktira  Podršku za Korisnike na  BrazilianBikiniShop.com-u, radi utvrđivanja razloga neisporučivanja . Vreme odgovora može da varira od jedne do tri nedelje nakon što je istraga pokrenuta od strane  BrazilianBikiniShop.com-a.

- Ako se paket pronađe, biće poslat Korisniku

- Ako je paket izgubljen, konačna odluka će biti doneta nakon tri nedelj.

ŽALBE I POVRAĆAJ PROIZVODA

Prema zahtevima člana 5, I uzevši u obzir vreme premišljanja, bilo koji povraćaj Proizvoda bi trebalo da se izvrši u roku od petnaest dana nakon prijema proizvoda. Proizvod mora biti potpuno nov, kompletanl, ne obeležen I neopran.

Nakon petnaest dana povraćaj neće biti prihvaćen.

Svi troškovi i rizici koji se tiču vraćanja Proizvoda su odgovornost Korrisnika. Ako je Proizvod vraćen zbog greške napravljene od strane BrazilianBikiniShop.com-a, svi troškovi transporta će biti refundirani od strane BrazilianBikiniShop.com-a. U ovakvom oslučaju Korisnik treba da navede ovo u formularu za povraćaj.

U slučaju povraćaja novca nakon što ja Proizvod primljen, proveren I potvrđen od strane našeg Servisa, refundacija će biti isplaćena Korisniku u roku od trideset dana od povraćaja proizvoda, na njegov bankovni račun.

 

Proizvod koji se vrati oštećen, prljav ili nekompletan neće biti nadoknađen od strane Kompanije.

U slučaju bilo kakvog oštećenja, molimo navedite na vašem zahtevu za povraćaj. Nakon što je Proizvod vraćen, naš Servis će proveriti I potvrditi vaš zahtev. Proizvodi naručeni preko interneta se ne mogu vraiti u naše radnje. Ako je Proizvod vraćen zbog greške BrazilianBikiniShop.com-a, svi troškovi isporuke padaju na teret Kompanije I Koriniku će biti dodato na sumu za refundiranje.

Proizvod koji se vrati oštećen, prljav ili nekompletan neće biti nadoknađen od strane Kompanije.

BrazilianBikiniShop.com poseduje elektronski fajl koji identifikuje sve naše Korisnike. Ako postoji novi korisnik njegovi podaci će biti sačuvani na ovom fajlu. Ovo nam može pomoći da koristimo te informacije pri ipunjavanju zahteva naših Korisnika, nudeći im popuste I podrškut. Fraud prevention and the fright against fraud

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Bank information (bank details/IBAN) : 10 years starting from the end of the business relationship with the customer.

Cookies : 24 months for Google Analytics and Facebook cookies and 13 months for all other cookies starting from when they are stored on the user's device.

Purchasing data : 5 years starting from the end of the relationship with the customer.

Prospects' data : 5 years from the end of relationship with the prospect.
