KUNDEINFORMASJON

Hovedtrekkene angående våre Produkter som vi distribuerer via Internett er i henhold til forskriftene I Handelsretten, artikkel L 111-1 (www.Brazilianbikinishop.com)

Prisene er angitt for hvert produkt, og i hver link. Bortsett fra bestillingens totale kostnad (for eksempel summen av enhetspriser fra bestillingslisten) og totalkostnad (summen av prisene fra bestillingslisten pluss frakt og leveringskostnader), så er alle andre kostnader knyttet til tilgangen til websiden under kunde.

Betingelsene knyttet til våre produkter og priser avhenger av realiseringen på vår webside. Våre tilbud er gyldige så lenge de er tilgjengelige på websiden. All informasjon er i henhold til den Offentlige koden, artikkel 1369-4  

Overveielse

I henhold til Handelsretten artikkel 121-20 L og vedtaket fra 23.august 2001 så har Kunden syv dager til å prøve produktet. I denne perioden kan Kunden returnere Produktet til adressen under, og enten bytte det eller få tilbake pengene, uten forhåndregler. Kunden må imidlertidig betale for alle fraktkostnader. Hvis bytte så vil det nye Produktet sendes til Kunden innen 7 dager etter det ble returnert.

PRISER OG FAKTURAER

Våre priser inkluderer skatt.

I følge Handelsrettens artikler L 121-18 и 121-19 L så mottar alle kunder en faktura.   

BETALINGSBETINGELSER

Alle betalinger må utføres via Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express eller via andre betalingsmetoder som for eksempel og bankoverføringer.    

Informasjon om bankkonto

All informasjon om en Kundes bankkonto skal kun overføres gjennom PayPal. Det er strengt forbudt å vise denne informasjonen på brazilianbikinishoip.com.

Det er kun bestillingsinformasjon som skal gå gjennom automatisk dataprosessering. .

LEVERING

Kunden kan sjekke statusen på sin bestilling på sin sikre personlige profil på brazilianbikinishop.com.

Ved bestilling av Produktet må kunden angi leveringsadressen.  

Hvis Kunden ikke er til stede ved levering, så vil han motta en melding om leveringen i postkassen. Kunden kan hente forsendelsen på nærmeste postkontor innen 10 dager etter mottakelsen av beskjeden. Kunden vil også motta en slik beskjed hvis det er bestilt ekspresslevering. I disse tilfellene må kunden ta kontakt med selskapet og spesifisere den nye leveringsdatoen. Kunden kan angi en leveringsadresse for Produktet hvor som helst i verden.

All informasjon angående levering sendes via email.

brazilianbikinishop leverer over hele Norge, Europa og andre deler av verden. Leveringstidene er alltid omtrentlige. Når det gjelder leveringsbetingelser så vil disse ikke være en begrunnelse for tilbakebetaling. I de tilfellene hvor Produktet ikke har blitt levert innen 30 dager etter den antatte leveringstiden (unntatt ved force majeure), så vil begge parter av denne avtalen ha rett til å bryte avtalen, og Kunden vil få tilbakebetalt den totale summen av Produktet. Omstendigheter som klassifiseres som force majeure og hvor brazilianbikinishop har rett til å bryte avtalen er: væpnede konflikter, masseopprør, brann, oversvømmelse, streik, ulykker; hvor det er umulig å gjennomføre leveringen…

I de fleste tilfeller så avhenger leveringen av vårt Produkt av implementeringer av Kundens ansvar i henhold til denne avtalen. Leveringen av produktet kan overses på websiden til det ansvarlige leveringsselskapet, som for eksempel Deutchepost eller Chronopost for ekspresslevering.

Når Kunden mottar Produktet bør han sjekke Produktet og sende inn all krav eller avvise Produktet dersom pakken allerede er åpnet eller Produktet er skadet. Alle krav må sendes til den ansvarlige for leveringen med et registrert brev innen tre virkedager etter leveringen av Produktet. I følge artikkel L 133-3 i Handelsretten så vil mangelen på denne handlingen i den spesifiserte perioden føre til en annullering av alle avtaler, og under disse forholdene kan ikke brazilianbikinishop holdes ansvarlige.

Hvis det leverte Produktet ikke tilfredsstiller kvalitetskravene som er spesifisert, så må kunden sende inn sitt krav innen femten dager etter levering.

I tilfeller av forsinkelse eller hvor Produktet blir levert skadet eller med mangler, så kan Kunden kontakte vår Kundestøtte. Ved elektronisk salg så kan ingen krav framstilles dersom Produktet ble sjekket og godkjent i butikken.

Produkter kan leveres av:

  • Deutchepost – Anbefales for all levering over hele verden, bortsett fra I Frankrike og til Italia.  
  • La Poste - Lettre Max for levering innen Frankrike og dets territorier.  
  • Chronopost International Express for levering innen Frankrike og over hele verden.
  • SDA Express for Italia

Kunden vil motta en elektronisk beskjed med informasjon angående forsendelsen av Produktet, inkludert et følgenummer for Produktet. Dette følgenummeret kan brukes på de følgende websidene: www.laposte.fr/csuivi, www.deutschepost.de, www.sda.it ou www.chronopost.fr. Dette nummeret bør oppgis av Kunden via brev til brazilianbikinishop i klagetilfeller.

Kundens mottakelse av leveringsinformasjon tar 2 til 5 virkedager.

Etter Kunden har mottatt leveringsbekreftelsen så vil Kunden ha ti dager på seg til å hente bestillingen ved nærmeste postkontor. Hvis denne perioden overstiges så vil Produktet bli returnert til brazilianbikinishop. Kundeservice vil så kontakte Kunden for å bestemme en annen leveringsmetode.

Hvis Kunden fremdeles ikke har mottatt noen informasjon angående Produktlevering 5 dager etter Produktet ble sendt, så bør Kunden oppsøke nærmeste postkontor. Dersom postkontoret (eller www.coliposte.net www.chronopost.fr) ikke har noen informasjon angående leveringen, så kan Kunden kontakte brazilianbikinishops Kundestøtte for å åpne leveringsskjemaet. Responstiden varierer mellom en og tre uker etter åpningen av leveringsskjemaet av  brazilianbikinishop.

- Hvis pakken blir lokalisert, så vil den ble send til Kunden (Pakke- eller transittmelding)

- Hvis pakken har gått tapt så vil en endelig avgjørelse bli tatt etter tre uker.

KLAGER OG RETURNERING AV PRODUKT

I henhold til kravene i artikkel 5, og etter å ha tatt hensyn til overveielsestid, så bør returneringen av Produktet utføres innen 15 dager etter mottakelsen av Produktet. Produktet bør være nytt, ikke ha flekker og ikke være vasket.

Vi godtar ikke retur etter femten dager.

Alle risikoer og kostnader knyttet til returneringen av Produktet er Kundens ansvar. Hvis returneringen av Produktet er på grunn av feil forårsaket av brazilianbikinishop så vil alle frakt- og transportkostnader dekkes av brazilianbikinishop. I disse tilfellene vil Kunden motta en tilbakebetaling på sin bankkonto innen 30 dager etter tilbakeleveringen av Produktet.  

Hvis kunden har rett på tilbakebetaling for Produktet etter at Produktet har blitt mottatt, sjekket og godkjent av oss, så vi tilbakebetalingen bli oversendt til Kundens bankkonto innen 30 dager etter tilbakeleveringen av Produktet.  

Produkter som returneres skadet, skitne eller ufullstendige vil ikke dekkes av Selskapet.  

I tilfeller av feil eller mangler, vennligst inkluder ditt krav i mottakelsesskjemaet. Etter produktet er mottatt, sjekket og godkjent av oss, så vil Kunden motta et passord. Du kan ikke returnere et produkt som ble mottatt via post til en butikk. Hvis returneringen av produktet er på grunn av feil forårsaket av feil forårsaket av brazilianbikinishop så ville frakt- og transportkostnader bli tilbakebetalt.

Legal or regulatory requirements

We may be need to pass on your personal data in the event of legitimate requests by public authorities, particularly to meet requirements regarding national security, the fight against fraud or in accordance with the law.

Fraud prevention and the fright against fraud

The data collected is also used for fraud prevention and the fight against fraud, particularly with bank cards. BRAZILIAN BIKINI SHOP reserves the right to check the personal data given by the client when placing an order and to adopt all the measures judged necessary to verify that the person whose account is debited is in fact the person placing the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payments. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Proof of identity provided in the context of exercising the right to query, to access, to rectification or to object : 1 year starting from the date of receipt by BRAZILIAN BIKINI SHOP

Bank information (bank details/IBAN) : 10 years starting from the end of the business relationship with the customer.

Cookies : 24 months for Google Analytics and Facebook cookies and 13 months for all other cookies starting from when they are stored on the user's device.

Purchasing data : 5 years starting from the end of the relationship with the customer.

Prospects' data : 5 years from the end of relationship with the prospect.
