Οι τιμές δίνονται για κάθε προϊόν και βρίσκονται σε κάθε σύνδεσμο. ΟΡΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΝΘΗΚΕΣ
Οι συνθήκες παροχής των Προϊόντων μας και οι τιμές υπόκεινται στη διαθεσιμότητα της ιστοσελίδας μας. Οι προσφορές μας είναι έγκυρες, όσο είναι διαθέσιμες στην ιστοσελίδα. Όλες οι πληροφορίες είναι σε συμφωνία με τον Γαλλικό Αστικό Κώδικα, άρθρο 1369-4.
Εξέταση
Σύμφωνα με το Εμπορικό Δίκαιο, άρθρο L121-20 και της απόφασης της 23ης Αυγούστου, 2001, μετά την παραλαβή του Προϊόντος, ο Πελάτης έχει στη διάθεσή του επτά ημέρες για να το ελέγξει. Στη διάρκεια αυτού του χρόνου, ο Πελάτης μπορεί να επιστρέψει το Προϊόν για αλλαγή ή επιστροφή χρημάτων, δίχως ποινικές κυρώσεις, στη διεύθυνση που αναγράφεται παρακάτω. Όμως, όλα τα έξοδα μεταφοράς θα καλυφθούν από τον Πελάτη. Στην περίπτωση ανταλλαγής με καινούργιο, το Προϊόν θα παραδοθεί στον Πελάτη μέσα σε επτά ημέρες από την επιστροφή του αυθεντικού. Σύμφωνα με τον Γαλλικό Αστικό Κώδικα, άρθρο 1316-1, ο Πελάτης θα πρέπει να τηρήσει αυστηρά τις απαιτήσεις της παρούσας συμφωνίας, αναφορικά με τη δημιουργία ενός λογαριασμού, τη συμπλήρωση σε φόρμες, την παραγγελία του Προϊόντος, τη μεταφορά προσωπικών δεδομένων, τους αριθμούς πιστωτικών καρτών και άλλων εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών.
ΤΙΜΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΙΜΟΛΟΓΙΑ Οι τιμές μας περιλαμβάνουν όλους τους φόρους. Σύμφωνα με το Εμπορικό Δίκαιο, άρθρα L121-18 και L121-19, κάθε πελάτης πρέπει να λάβει ένα τιμολόγιο.
ΟΡΟΙ ΠΛΗΡΩΜΗΣ Όλες οι πληρωμές πρέπει να γίνονται μέσω PayPal, με Visa, MasterCard ή άλλες μεθόδους πληρωμής, όπως επιταγές, τραπεζικές καταθέσεις και αντικαταβολές. Στοιχεία Τραπεζικού Λογαριασμού Όλα τα στοιχεία των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών του Πελάτη πρέπει να μεταφέρονται μέσω του ασφαλούς κεντρικού συστήματος PayPal. Απαγορεύεται αυστηρώς η δημοσίευση αυτών των πληροφοριών στο BrazilianBikiniShop.com. Μόνο πληροφορίες σχετικά με παραγγελίες μπορούν να δημοσιεύονται στην αυτοματοποιημένη επεξεργασία δεδομένων.
ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗ Οι Πελάτες μπορούν να παρακολουθούν την κατάσταση μίας παραγγελίας από το προσωπικό ασφαλές προφίλ τους στο BrazilianBikiniShop.com. Όταν παραγγέλνουν το Προϊόν, οι Πελάτες πρέπει να υποδεικνύουν τη διεύθυνση παράδοσης. Εάν ο Πελάτης δεν είναι παρών στη διεύθυνση παράδοσης, θα λάβει ένα σημείωμα παράδοσης στο ταχυδρομικό του κουτί. Μέσα σε 10 ημέρες από την παραλαβή του σημειώματος παράδοσης, ο Πελάτης πρέπει να παραλάβει το πακέτο του από το ταχυδρομείο. Στην περίπτωση της παράδοσης εξπρές, ο Πελάτης θα λάβει επίσης ένα σημείωμα παράδοσης. Μετά την παραλαβή του σημειώματος πρέπει να επικοινωνήσει με τον κομιστή και να προσδιορίσει την ημερομηνία παράδοσης. Ένας Πελάτης δικαιούται την αποστολή μίας παραγγελίας Προϊόντος οπουδήποτε στον κόσμο. Όλες οι πληροφορίες σχετικά με την παράδοση θα στέλνονται μέσω email. Το BrazilianBikiniShop.com παραδίδει σε όλο τον κόσμο. Ο χρόνος παράδοσης είναι πάντα κατά προσέγγιση. Στην περίπτωση υπερβολικού χρόνου παράδοσης, αυτό δεν θα συνιστά δικαιολογία αποζημίωσης. Όμως, εάν μέσα σε 30 ημέρες από την αρχική αποστολή το Προϊόν δεν έχει ακόμη παραδοθεί (εκτός από περιπτώσεις ανωτέρας βίας), η κάθε πλευρά της παρούσας συμφωνίας μπορεί να ακυρωθεί, και ο Πελάτης θα αποζημιωθεί με όλα τα χρήματα που πλήρωσε για το Προϊόν, δίχως κάποια άλλη απόδοση χρημάτων. Το BrazilianBikiniShop.com έχει το δικαίωμα να τερματίσει την παράδοση, όταν οι περιστάσεις αφορούν ανωτέρα βία, όπως για παράδειγμα: ένοπλες συγκρούσεις, μαζικές αναταραχές, φωτιές, πλημμύρες, απεργίες, ατυχήματα, αδυνατότητα παράδοσης … Σε κάθε περίπτωση, η παράδοση του Προϊόντος μας εγκαίρως εξαρτάται από την ανάληψη των ευθυνών των Πελατών σύμφωνα με την παρούσα συμφωνία. Σε οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, η παράδοση του Προϊόντος μπορεί να σταλεί με μεταφορικά μέσα όπως το Deutsche Post (Γερμανικό Ταχυδρομείο) ή την Chronopost για παράδοση εξπρές. Όταν παραλάβει το Προϊόν, ο Πελάτης πρέπει να ελέγξει την παράδοση και να υποβάλλει απαίτηση ή να αρνηθεί το Προϊόν, εάν το πακέτο είναι ανοιχτό, ή εάν το Προϊόν φέρει ξεκάθαρα σημάδια καταστροφής. Όλες οι απαιτήσεις πρέπει να στέλνονται στον κομιστή με συστημένη επιστολή μέσα σε τρεις εργάσιμες ημέρες από την παράδοση του Προϊόντος. Ένα αντίγραφο των απαιτήσεων πρέπει να σταλεί στο BrazilianBikiniShop.com. Σύμφωνα με το Γαλλικό Εμπορικό Δίκαιο, άρθρο L 133-3, η παράλειψη αυτών των υποχρεώσεων, στη διάρκεια των καθορισμένων περιόδων, ακυρώνει κάθε δράση σε σχέση με τον κομιστή, και σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις το BrazilianBikiniShop.com δεν μπορεί να παρουσιαστεί ως εγγυητής. Εάν το παραδοτέο Προϊόν δεν συνάδει με τις προδιαγραφές ποιότητας, ο Πελάτης πρέπει να στείλει την απαίτησή του μέσα σε δεκαπέντε ημέρες από την παράδοση. Σε περίπτωση καθυστερήσεων, ή εάν το Προϊόν είναι κατεστραμμένο ή ελαττωματικό μετά την παράδοση, ο Πελάτης μπορεί να επικοινωνήσει με τη δική μας Υπηρεσία Υποστήριξης. Εάν το Προϊόν αγοράστηκε ηλεκτρονικά, δεν μπορούν να υποβληθούν απαιτήσεις για ελαττωματικά αγαθά στα καταστήματά μας.
Το Προϊόν θα παραδοθεί από: - Deutsche Post - Προτείνεται για παράδοση σε οποιοδήποτε μέρος του κόσμου εκτός Γαλλίας και Ιταλίας. - La Poste - Letter Max για παράδοση στη Γαλλία και στις περιοχές της επικράτειάς της. - Chronopost - Διεθνής Εξπρές για παράδοση στη Γαλλία και σε όλο τον κόσμο. - SDA - Εξπρές για Ιταλία.
Ο Πελάτης θα λάβει ένα ηλεκτρονικό μήνυμα σχετικά με την αποστολή του Προϊόντος, καθώς και έναν αριθμό αναζήτησης για το Προϊόν. Αυτός ο αριθμός αναζήτησης μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί στις ακόλουθες ιστοσελίδες: www.laposte.fr/csuivi, www.deutschepost.de, www.sda.it και www.chronopost.fr. Στην περίπτωση των όποιων παραπόνων, ο Πελάτης πρέπει να ενημερώσει το BrazilianBikiniShop.com με τον αριθμό αναζήτησης του Προϊόντος σε ένα συστημένο γράμμα. Η Απόδειξη ενός Σημειώματος Παράδοσης από έναν Πελάτη χρειάζεται από 2 έως 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Μετά την απόδειξη ενός σημειώματος παράδοσης, ο Πελάτης έχει στη διάθεσή του δέκα ημέρες για να παραλάβει την παραγγελία του από το ταχυδρομείο, που διευκρινίζεται στο σημείωμα παράδοσης. Στην περίπτωση λήξης αυτής της περιόδου, το Προϊόν θα επιστρέφεται στο BrazilianBikiniShop.com. Η Υπηρεσία Εξυπηρέτησης θα επικοινωνήσει με τον Πελάτη για την εξεύρεση άλλων τρόπων παράδοσης του Προϊόντος. Ο Πελάτης έχει δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί την παράδοση. Ωστόσο, εάν μέσα σε 5 ημέρες από την αποστολή του Προϊόντος, ο Πελάτης δεν έχει καμία πληροφόρηση σχετικά με την παράδοση του Προϊόντος, πρέπει να μεταβεί στο ταχυδρομείο, που βρίσκεται πιο κοντά στο μέρος που αναγράφεται στην παραγγελία. Εάν δεν υπάρχει καμία πληροφόρηση στο ταχυδρομείο σχετικά με το σύστημα αναζήτησης της παράδοσης (www.coliposte.net, www.chronopost.fr), ο Πελάτης πρέπει να επικοινωνήσει με την Υπηρεσία Εξυπηρέτησης του BrazilianBikiniShop.com, ώστε να διευρυνθούν οι λόγοι της μη παράδοσης. Ο χρόνος απάντησης μπορεί να ποικίλλει από μία έως τρεις εβδομάδες από την έναρξη διερεύνησης του BrazilianBikiniShop.com. - Εάν το πακέτο βρεθεί, θα σταλεί ξανά στον Πελάτη. - Εάν το πακέτο έχει χαθεί, η τελική απόφαση θα παρθεί μετά από τρεις εβδομάδες.
ΠΑΡΑΠΟΝΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΠΡΟΙΟΝΤΟΣ Σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του άρθρου 5, και λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το χρόνο εξέτασης, η όποια επιστροφή Προϊόντος πρέπει να ολοκληρωθεί μέσα σε δεκαπέντε ημέρες από την παραλαβή του Προϊόντος. Το Προϊόν πρέπει να είναι καινούργιο και πλήρες, όχι σημαδεμένο και πλυμένο. Μετά το πέρας των δεκαπέντε ημερών, οι επιστροφές δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές. Οι επιστροφές πρέπει να στέλνονται στη διεύθυνση:

Σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις, ο Πελάτης πρέπει να το διευκρινίσει στη φόρμα επιστροφής. Στην περίπτωση αποπληρωμής μετά την παραλαβή, έλεγχο και επιβεβαίωση του Προϊόντος από την Υπηρεσία μας, η αποζημίωση θα πληρωθεί στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του Πελάτη, που χρησιμοποιήθηκε μέσα σε τριάντα ημέρες από την επιστροφή του Προϊόντος.
Προϊόν που επιστράφηκε κατεστραμμένο, βρώμικο ή ελλιπές δεν θα αποζημιωθεί από την Εταιρεία. Σε περίπτωση ελαττωμάτων, παρακαλούμε υποδείξτε το αίτημά σας στη φόρμα επιστροφής. Μετά την επιστροφή του Προϊόντος, αυτό θα ελεγχθεί και θα επιβεβαιωθεί από την Υπηρεσία Πελατών της Εταιρείας μας. Προϊόντα που έχουν παραγγελθεί online δεν μπορούν να επιστραφούν στα καταστήματά μας. Εάν το Προϊόν επιστράφηκε εξαιτίας λάθους από το BrazilianBikiniShop.com, όλα τα έξοδα παράδοσης, που χρεώθηκαν στον Πελάτη, θα προστεθούν στα χρήματα της αποζημίωσης. Προϊόν που επιστράφηκε κατεστραμμένο, βρώμικο ή ελλιπές δεν θα αποζημιωθεί από την Εταιρεία.
