How do I create a wholesale account? It is very easy, just follow these steps: 1. Create an account on the website:https://www.brazilianbikinishop.com/en/account/create.html Fill in all the required information on the form and click the Create Account button. 2. Then ask us by email to upgrade it to "wholesale". Send the request to: firstname.lastname@example.org To facilitate the approval of your account, send us the following information: - Contact Name - Company Details (name and address) - Business Registration Number and any other information such as Tax Resale Certificate or official Tax ID certificate - VAT Number: Value Added Tax Number (optional) - Store address - Website address (if any) - Social media addresses (if any) - If possible attach a picture of your store(s) - A list of other brands you are selling
After approval of your account by our team, you can login to brazilianbikinishop.com and see the wholesale prices and place your orders. Note: If the email address that you are using to send this message is different to the email address of your account, please send us the email address of your account. If you do not do this we will not be able to find your details in our ordering system.
There is a minimum order? The minimum order to receive the wholesale price is 500 Euro (approximately 700 US Dollars), excluding shipping fees. Wholesale orders below this value will not be approved.
How do I place an order? Login in to your wholesale account, click on the “Catalogue” link on the left menu, or choose a category. In the catalogue select the size and quantity of each model you want to buy, and then click on the “Add to Cart” button (all the selected items will be added to the cart). Your shopping cart is displayed. To place your order, please click on the “Checkout” button. For more information, please see the "how to order" page.
How do I pay for the order? The only payment method accepted for wholesale orders is by Bank Transfer. Our bank is in France. We do not accept PayPal and credit cards for wholesale orders.
Where my products will be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from our European warehouse (Nice, France) by FedEx or DHL.
Orders are processed in 24 hours and delivered in 48-72 hours worldwide! (refer to FedEx or DHL for the delivery time to your country).
What are the shipping costs? Shipping fees depend on the weight and destination of your order. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout.
Are there customs and duty fees? If you are based in the European Union, you won't have to pay any additional fees (customs fees, duties). If you are not based in the European Union please note that all shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information we suggest you consult with customs in your country. We provide a commercial invoice for each order.
All our products respect retail standards and come with a sewn tag stating: material, country of origin and care label. The tag is written in English and Portuguese.
Will I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT) for my order? If you are based outside the European Union we will not charge VAT. Local taxes may apply depending on your country. If you are based in the European Union: - If you provided your VAT number during the registration process, we will not charge the VAT - If you did not provide your VAT number during the registration process, we will charge the French VAT (20%)
How much money will I earn with my order? For all products, we will provide you: - Wholesale Price (VAT excluded) - Retail price (VAT excluded) - Your retailer profit margin We strongly recommend you to respect the suggested retail price to guarantee your margin. If you sell more cheaply than the suggested retail price we may close your wholesale account.
Can I return or exchange a wholesale order? Our return conditions for wholesale orders are different than for retail orders. We accept returns only if the products are unused and if it they are in perfect condition. The products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept exchanges for wholesale orders.
Can I become an exclusive representative?
Due to the legal complexities and difficulties in controlling third-party resellers, we do not engage in exclusivity agreements. However, we may consider a “special arrangement” if you’re able to meet specific sales targets. Depending on country and region, this could translate into volume purchases of at least 2,000 pieces per year.
Can I Private-Label my own brand? No, we are sorry but at the moment we do not do private labels.
